You can request most refunds yourself: open Orders in your account and choose Request refund next to the item. The refund policy explains what can be refunded.

Questions about a creator application, content review or payouts? Include your creator handle so we can find your account quickly.

For content licensing, distribution and other partnerships, email [email protected] and start the subject line with “[Business]”. Tell us about your company, what you have in mind and the markets you work in, and we'll pass it to the right people.

Journalists can reach us at [email protected]; start the subject line with “[Press]”. Please include your publication, your deadline and your questions.
Rights and legal requests
To report a work that infringes your rights, email us a link to the work, a description of the rights you hold and your contact details. We review every report promptly.
